What are your daily habits?
Routines are usually a collection of habits or actions you do on a regular basis to bring order to your day, such as checking your email and then writing yours,,,Do at least one thing every day that makes you feel good. Listen to music, learn a new skill, take a long bubble bath, and prepare a nice meal.
For me,I wake up at 6 o\’clock. I get up at 6.50.i brush my teeth and I make a cup of tea and iron my clothes. I have a shower and get dressed. One of the absolute best habits to have in life is to exercise every single day without fail. This isn\’t about heavy weightlifting or running, because the power of daily habits often goes unnoticed, These seemingly small daily actions shape our lives more than we realize.
My friend always say I go to work at 8.45am every morning,I usually drive to work. I always check my emails when I get to work, but I don\’t always reply to them immediately ah ah ah .
