Leaders create vision

Of course i consider myself a leader, I am someone who is confident in my own decisions, ah ah ah, being a leader is not an impossible task when you have all it takes, you must be a good listener and communicator. If you are always speaking you can not do it! Listening to colleagues are part of it,even doe some leadership can be very tough, it all depend on what you know differently, Someone said to me recently, “I don\’t see myself as a leader. I do not feel comfortable embracing that label ,yes I can understand that, and 50 out of 60 don\’t have that leadership zeal. to be a natural leader You must enjoy helping others learn new things and lead them to arrive in that surcess no matter how long it takes. However if you want to be remembered as a great leader you will know how to lead that leadership.
