Ohh my God , talking about run my dog has make me the most running legs.Very often, ah ah,I personally do the run thing 3 times weekly, the walking thing as you all know is everyday thing. Like I sometimes do the both when it comes to the sport thing. Some are able to run 7 days per week.,it all depend on how much your body can handle. However,my advice for you is How often you run or walk will determine the amount of goals, physical fitness, healthy and stamina level you will be. Some People will say you had never asked this question, because to them is already a big stress doing all this . My close friend once told me he will prefer to go anywhere by car ,bike ,etc. But I sometimes do a 10 km walk to his house to visit him, but the truth is there are always the difference in clear terms, the strongness and fitness are shown in you .
